Hit the slopes at Table Mountain Regional Park and then relax with friends in the fully-modern chalet. If cross-country skiing is more your style, then Blue Mountain Outdoor Adventure Centre is the place to go. In addition, Finlayson Island, located between the City of North Battleford and the Town of Battleford in the beautiful North Saskatchewan River Valley, has several cross-country ski trails. The Battlefords has several outdoor skating rinks, tobogganing hills, snowmobile trails and winter sporting activities to partake in. Finish off your day with a stay in one of our many comfortable accommodations, from hotels and motels to quiet and relaxing bed and breakfasts.

Summer Travel Packages

There's so much to see and do in The Battlefords during the busy summer months (June through September). Park your RV and stay awhile at one of the many campgrounds - Eiling Kramer in the Town of Battleford, David Laird in the City of North Battleford and The Battlefords Provincial Park located 40 km North of North Battleford on Highway 4. All of them boast quiet, spacious campsites; some with full services and pull-throughs. Break away from the camping scene and visit a museum or art gallery. The Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame & Musuem located in the Town of Battleford offers you a look at Saskatchewan's unique baseball heritage and memorabillia. Stop at the Allen Sapp Gallery to view pieces created from world renowned Cree artist Allen Sapp. Step back in time to explore the the history of the area at either the Western Development Museum or Fort Battleford National Historic Site. And just when you thought you had seen it all - there's alway more to explore! Hiking, golfing, events, shopping, dining...and more!

Please check back for updated information on summer packages.
